Contemporary Romance Novella
Blurb
Prominent LA Lawyer, Adrian Hoyle, never knew meeting the hot Hollywood actor, Devon Varick, would be dangerous to her health. But the night she does, everything in her life changes...
Now, after barely surviving a bomb meant to just scare her, she's on the run from an Italian Crime Boss, falling head over heels in love with a handsome actor that should not even be interested in frumpy old her and about to question everything she holds dear.

Join Devon and Adrian in this Action Adventure Contemporary Romance as they fight off the Mob, uncover secrets worth dying for and make the ultimate sacrifice to answer the question, how far would you go, All In The Name Of Love...

I gave it five out of five stars
Adrian Hoyle is a cold shelled lawyer who doesn't believe in love and romance. All of that nonsense is better suited for the movies and late night fantasies- especially if they involve Devon Varick. Being a huge fan of his, but a level headed woman, she is shocked to run across his path and even more shocked when he immediately notices her. But those charming good looks won't make her falter, even in person. Happily ever after is his job, hers involves the darker side of reality...
Devon Varick can't explain the immediate attraction he has to the sharp tongue, tough lawyer who snaps at him right after meeting him. Maybe it's the brown hair, the luscious curves, or the large brain, and equally large heart, that has him ready to bend over backwards to try and please her. But this handsome Hollywood actor has a large secret, and after making the wrong move it comes back to bite him.Adrian takes a case that suddenly puts the Italian mob after her and sends her on a twisted journey that makes her question everything. Her cold shell begins to crack, his secrets are out, and they discover what they would truly do all in the name of love...I could not stop crying while reading this book.
Every gut wrenching moment the characters felt, I felt as well. Their pains, struggles, and endearing love for one another touched me deeply. Adrian's self-image issues were relate-able, and that tough exterior that melted into a soft, kind soul made her a cheer worthy female lead. Devon was a sweet heart, even if he didn't show it properly, and is totally book boyfriend material. Even with the secondary characters that amazing development never changed. The story line was packed with suspense and action that left me breathless and sitting on the edge of my seat. I couldn't put the book down even if I wanted to! The descriptive details given created a beautiful backdrop in my mind for each scene, and only added to the exquisite tale Margaret Taylor wove. I felt the beginning was a bit rushed and when I got to the end I desperately craved more. Jerimiah would be a wonderful second book *hinthint* to cure this predicament. I could see myself reading this story over and over in the future, and would highly recommend it to all romance lovers! This book was amazing!
I don't know what the price for it is (I think I hit a sale), but I bought it for 99 cents and thought it was worth the money.
